Senior Ergonomic Consultant (Remote)
Conduct on-site and virtual workstation assessments, develop ErgoFlow™ optimization plans, and deliver training. Requires CPE certification, 5+ years experience, and proficiency with 3D modeling tools. Preferred: REBA/RULA assessment skills, knowledge of ANSI BIFMA standards.
Productivity Research Analyst (On-site, SF)
Analyze user behavior data from our design tool analytics, publish case studies, and refine our ErgoFlow Index™ algorithm. Master’s in I/O Psychology, Human Factors, or related field required. Experience with Python/SPSS and A/B testing frameworks is a plus.
